- as pessoas são mortais;
Cumprimentos,
Eduardo

Tradition is the transmission of practice or spiritual values from generation to generation, all the beliefs of a people, something that is followed in a conservative framework and with respect, through the generations.
The tradition and their presence in society are based on two anthropological assumptions:
* People are mortal;
* the need for a nexus of knowledge between generations.
The specific aspects of tradition should be seen in their own contexts: cultural tradition, religious tradition, family traditions and other ways to perpetuate concepts, experiences and practices between generations.
A oenophile is a student (or lover) of wine, who is engaged professionally or for pleasure to explore the wonderful world of wine.
Oenophile is different from Winemaker, due to the fact that the Winemaker is a graduate who is exclusively devoted to wine production.
It was with this in mind I created this blog to convey to future generations what little we still know, and we have much to disclose about the tradition of viticulture, wine, and its wine-lovers.
Best regards,
Eduardo
